Before we present this community to the world, we need to build a good foundation to start with. If you are reading this, it is because you were invited based upon your knowledge, abilities and how we have observed your kind temperament on other Internet sites. :)

If a community starts with little info, little interest will be held. We don't want to announce and promote this DTP community till there is a good foundation, and that is why we need your help.

We need key people who are passionate about the Philippines. If you're a resort owner, tourism authority, or you regularly do dive travel to the Philippines, or were born and raised in the Philippines with a regulator in your mouth, we don't care where you are from, or who you are, the Philippines needs your expertise. That means travel writers, photographers, video divers, and prolific social types.

I'm interested in helping however I can.
Though I'm not a diver yet, my husband is. I'm in Calatagan Batangas at my B&B only from January thru end of May. My husband, on the other hand is able to come only for a couple of weeks.
I'm very interested in getting involved in promoting diving in our area, but i still have to meet and learn from the local people who are familiar with the waters out there.
There is an established dive shop in Calatagan, who built an extensive artificial reef and focuses on marine life conservation. Maybe we can draw from each others' strengths....
